Returns

For orders delivered outside the European Union, European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Fishing line that has been opened, spooled, cut, or used cannot be returned unless it is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Eligible promotional and sale products may be returned under the same conditions.

Return shipping

Bingolife covers reasonable return shipping costs for verified quality defects, damaged products, or incorrect items. For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom

Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom retain any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, including the applicable 14-day cooling-off period for eligible online purchases. These statutory rights take precedence where they provide greater protection.
