30-Day Returns
Bingolife accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their complete original packaging, and in new, resalable condition with proof of purchase.
Fishing line cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the line has been cut, separated, used, or spooled onto a fishing reel, unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Email info@bingobraid.com before returning an item. Include your order number, return reason, and photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns. Bingolife covers reasonable return shipping costs for verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-quality-related returns. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
